Do Over: Bullet Necklace

This is a twice upcycled project. Originally, someone took a used bullet casing, drilled a whole through it, and turned it into a key chain. I found that key chain in a jewellery lot years ago. I found it while cleaning up and hung it from a length of ball chain. Now I have a cool new bullet necklace.
