Midweek Modness: 1960s Art Glass Decanter

Back when I was a youngster kitting out my first apartments, I spent most of my thrifting hours visiting the Goodwill at Jarvis and Adelaide. It and the Salvation Army on Richmond and Portland were the best place for finding mid-century household objects. They are both gone now, the Goodwill relocated to Yonge & Sherbourne. The housewares, however, have never been any good since it moved.

Except this week, when I found this 1960s moulded glass decanter (sans stopper — grrrr). I don;t know who made it, but it has a Wayne Husted for Stelvia/Blenko circa 1962 vibe, I think. And it has a bird on it, which makes it automatically awesome.
