2013 in Review: Places I’ve Been
While it was no year of living like a millionaire, I did have some cool adventures this year. It ended with my overnight to Miami (pictured above is the view from my balcony at the W Hotel, which has also got to be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at). But here are some other snaps from my travels:
In February we went to New York to hang out with Mr. Andrew’s brother and niece. This is a view from their hotel (overlooking the Public Library).
A few days later, we were off to San Francisco and Napa Valley for our friends’ Rob and Jeannie’s wedding. Here we are hanging out at City Hall.
In the summer I spent a week in Wellesley hanging out with my nieces. We also took a road trip through the rust belt with our friends Craig and Elizabeth. Sadly, more of the houses from the Heidelberg Project in Detroit have been targeted by arsonists since our visit.
In the fall, I made a crazy overnight trip to Zurich for a Hublot watch event. We stayed at the Dolder Grand Hotel, overlooking lake Zurich. Here are the views from the Hotel Dolder.
