Midweek Modness: Do Over Darveau Necklace

I’ve been hanging onto this single plated pewter earring by Canadian modernist designer Jean-Claude Darveau for a long time now. I guess I was hoping to come across its mate one day. I came across it again as I was sorting through some jewels looking for some findings I could scavenge. At the same time I found a wire neck ring. And I thought, Why not make the earring into a pendant and put it on the neck ring?

I like it. I think I’ll try and find a nicer neck ring though.
