A Little More Merch
7-11 has really upped their merch game. I bought these branded Slurpee jibbits last week but they had all kinds of swag, much of it with a cheeky spin on the Louis Vuitton logo.
My favourite 7-11 merch was the slurpee animal face masks. I still have the tiger.
In other promotional product news, my friend Peter Mansour, who lives in Nova Scotia, sent me this wonderful vintage Ikea character watch. It dates from 1981 and features the Swedish outfitter’s mascot Mr. Moose. Fun fact: IKEA’s first store in North America was in Dartmouth, NS.
