Dollarama Versace

I have a hard time resisting dollar stores. While boycotting Loblaws in May, I was frequenting Dollarama to get certain grocery staples. I picked up this woven tote because I neglected to bring a reusable bag. It has a Marni-esque vibe. I actually have a few of these sturdy sacks that I use for storing mitts, scarves and hats in the off season.

I came across this 1968 St-Lawrence Yacht Club medal while sorting out our storage space. Back in the 1990s I used to string ribbon through medallions to make necklaces. I decided to return to that well. Got a roll of velvet ribbon at Dollarama.

Sometimes my hypermobility catches me off guard. Dollar stores are always a reliable source of supplies to tape up my ankles and comfortable faux Crocs to get me home when the shoes I was originally wearing turn painful. I also spiffed up these lavender clogs with some off brand Jibbitz.
