Return to the Side Mart

I used to spend much more time surfing the sidewalk for free things. But I am getting older and my bones ache more and my house is stuffed with stuff I found in free boxes. So I get out less and am more selective about the objects I bring home. With that as a disclaimer, let me know present the things I found on the sidewalk last week. First up, a book about landscape art and a pewter souvenir of Paris ring dish. They were found in the same box in front of a new shop on Dundas Street West.

I picked up this odd game in a yard sale left over box. It appears to be a logic game for brainiacs. I couldn’t figure out the rules.

I also picked up this big straw hat. I needed it because the sun was beaming down and I am a delicate flower who needs protect from the big bad UV rays.
