New Week: Old

I only managed one thrifting trip during my week off. And I only bought some old, empty jewelry boxes. I did take a picture of these never worn, Landlubber jeans from the ’70s. They were super high-waisted and made of a weird, almost gabardine but thick denim. Check out the crab logo! And they still had their original tags. In the vintage biz, they call this “New Old Stock,” which means items that never sold and then sat in a warehouse for years, nay even decades. Then somebody days, “why are we paying to store this stuff? Send it to the Value Village.”
