Fix It Week: Framed

A last look at my January To-Do list. I’m a firm believer on getting rid of clutter without getting rid of stuff by hanging it on the walls. Framing three dimensional things can be tricky. I’ve tried several shadowboxes and deep frames for my collection of Gemstones of the Pilbara from Roebourne, but they never looked right. Then I came across this cheap balsa wood hinged box at the Dollarama. it’s lined with cork, so I was able to pin the card to the box. I then hammered in a nailess hanger thingy (I bought a lot of 100 off eBay because I have a lot of frames that lack hangers). And now everyone is jealous of the rocks that I got!
