Looney Tunes Character Watch

I’m a High/Low kinda gal. I get equally geeked out by super complicated luxury watches as I do by goofy old character watches. Case in point: I spent a day researching this 1994 Looney Tunes timepiece that I rediscovered when I was putting new batteries in a bunch of old watches. It was produced as a premium for Kellogg’s Raisin Bran. You know, you mail in a bunch of boxtops, they send you back a watch. I once assembled a Kool Aid pitcher and cup set this way.

I love all Warner Brothers cartoons and Raisin Bran is my favourite cereal. And the watch’s previous owner was named Andrew (at least according to the ballpoint pen inscription on the waych band), and I am married to Mr. Andrew. Baseball, however, is meh to me. Wile E. Coyote chases the Roadrunner endlessly around the bases. The cosmic ballet goes on.
