Des bracelets pour le printemps

enamel bracelets

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it intermittently throughout the years: I am enamoured of enamelled bangles. One of my jewellery holy grails is to get a handpainted-in-Austria bracelet from Hermès. In the meantime, I found these two painted ladies at the St. Lawrence Antiques market on the weekend. They have a very Michaela Frey-like look to them, but are unsigned. A little Google research suggests that they are probably German-made and from the 1970s. I love them because they feel very Spring-y to me.
