T-Shirt Week: Gimmie, Gimmie, Gimmie!

When you work on a movie or a TV or radio show, crew and contributors are usually given some sort of free t-shirt. Heck, if you work at a bank or go on a 10K Fun Run, you usually get some sort of promotional garment. Some folks call these “gimmie” garment. The shirt on the left is from a TV series called Todd and the Book of Pure Evil that was created and produced by some colleagues of Mr. Andrew’s from the Canadian Film Centre. We didn’t work on the show in any way, but they were kind enough to give us a t-shirt anyway. They also just recently finished an Indiegogo campaign to make an animated movie that will tie up all the plot lines from their first two seasons.

The t-shirt on the right is from CBC Radio’s Definitely Not the Opera which I used to contribute to.
