Random Thrift Finds

A quick round-up thrift scores from yesterday’s visit to thrift stores: Above, a 14k white gold wedding band. It is inscribed on the inside with a date of May, 1, 2004.

A made in West Germany eloxal and plastic cameo pendant.

A real pearl and enamelled silver pansy necklace, signed Juicy Jewels (a Google search for Juicy Jewels turned up a colourful selection of sex toys). The cameo and the necklace were both found in a $4 bag of broken jewellery from the Value Village.

An embroidered dress from Mexico, Peru or Guatemala. Of course it doesn’t fit me, but couldn’t resist it’s 1970s silhouette and it’s $4 price tag.

I also got really big score, but I will save it for a later post.
