Goth Watch
I like to claim that I’m a goth but really I just have Goth adjacent tendencies. I don’t participate in a goth lifestyle. I just have a lot of black clothing and accessories and I like skulls and snakes a lot.
Take, for example, these three recent basic black vintage watch acquisitions (pictured above). From left to right is a Bulova Longchamp I bought on Poshmark, a Timex I won on eBay and a Seiko I purchased at the Value Village.
Aside from embracing the darkness, I admire the simplicity of these designs. I some times claim I am a minimalist but I have so many lacy and meshy and otherwise whimsical garments that would prove that theory wrong.
