Lucky Charms

We were watching Seth Meyers and somehow the subject of Wheat pennies came up. I had just cleaned up some old souvenir coins, including this lucky penny key chain. And wouldn’t you know? It was a wheat penny. I don’t think it has any real value, but I’m hoping it might bring good fortune in 2026.

I also picked up this horseshoe and four leaf clover pin at the Value Village. Technically it’s some sort of Lion’s Club medallion and I generally don’t mess with fraternal organization regalia. But I’m here for anything that might bring good fortune. 2026 was such a horrible year.
