Mid Century Modnesday: Russian Amber Ring
I found this lovely ring a couple of weeks ago at one of the Scarborough Value Villages. It looks very Scandinavian but has post 1958 Russian hallmarks. Unfortunately the amber is quite badly chipped (and I payed more than my customary $5 for it to boot). Perhaps I will use it to learn the art of lapidary.
Any chance you know where I can find one? I had one almost exactly the same and lost it, and I would love to replace it. Gorgeous ring!
