Fixies: Sugru
My friend Rob was passing through town on his way to California. He gave me some samples of a wonderful goo that he got last spring at the Maker Faire in San Francisco. This goo is called Sugru and it is a self-setting, air curing rubber that you can use it to fix stuff like exposed electronic cables, holes in your shoes and pretty much anything you can think of. Mr. Andrew has all kinds of ideas about moulding it to make new gadgets. Me, I made a little kitty cat out of my left-over supply.
