Midweek Modness: Seventies Kitsch at SASMART

Have you ever found yourself in Kensington Market perusing pop 1970s stuff in a vintage shop and thinking to yourself, “I love this crazy stuff, I just wish it wasn’t used.” Well, SASMART on the corner of Augusta and Denison is just the housewares store for you. It’s filled with new and new old stock stuff, like the colourful wall plaques pictured above and the kooky knick knacks pictured below. Plus, it’s a great place to find useful things such as kitchenwares on the cheap (this is where we got our ice cream maker).
