Champions: Club Monaco Belt

Now the spring stock is coming into the stores and the crazy January sales are all but ended. I missed most of them because January is also a month of crazy bills, so I was avoiding non-thrift retail (should have avoided the thrift variety too).

Anyway, this belt is a reminder of the good ol’ bargain days. It’s from Club Monaco and I probably got it five or six years ago. For some reason the sparkly green weave works with almost anything, and because it is braided, it doesn’t have holes, which means that is more than accommodating of my ever-expanding waistline. And after all this time, it still looks pretty new. That, in my books, makes it a true champ!
