Window Shopping: Unit 5

The weekend before last, I was in Kitchener Waterloo helping my youngest niece shop for her Grade 8 Grad dress. While we were in Uptown Waterloo, we stopped in a second-hand shop called Unit 5 Vintage and Consignment. It was a great find! Not only was the clothing incredibly well curated (all three of my nieces, aged 13 to 23, loved the chic, Bohemian vibe) and best of all totally affordable collection. It’s a consignment shop so they get new stock in on a daily basis and they offered a great mix of vintage (Mad bought an Aran knit sweater, Syd got a retro baseball hat) and new (Sarah coveted a floral print tunic top that I believe was from last year’s Conscious Collection from H&M). There was also a great selection for the fellas and they were playing Tribe Called Quest, which sort of sealed the deal.
