Souvenirs of Denmark

My favourite souvenirs from any journey are interesting rocks and stolen stationery from hotels. But on our recent trip to Denmark I mixed things up by collecting colourful bottle caps, which I mean to make into a necklace or two. My inspiration is the Lindsay Logan film “Confessions Of A Teenage Drama Queen.”

One of my brother-in-laws also gave me a bag of coins to sort through and see if they were worth anything. I said I’d do it if I could keep and Canadian Centennial coins that I might come across. This series was designed by the artist Alex Coleville. And as luck would have it, there was a 50 Cent piece depicting a Canada Goose.

And I got some interesting rocks from our visit to the seaside.

And I got a pen from the hotel (and some soap too).
