Would You Rather?
This Victorian Revival bracelet is signed Coro. It is missing its original centre piece, which was most likely a black and white glass cameo (I’ve had similar bracelets before). I also have these two orphan elements: A lucite reverse carved Nefertiti bust and an actual shell cameo. I’m thinking instead of waiting until I find the right piece to restore the bracelet with that I would instead reset it with one of these babies. But which one? If you have any suggestions about what would work best, let me know in the comments. Thanks!
I would use the Egyptian motif as it is orientated correctly. I would save the cameo shell to mount in a better setting – like Sterling Silver.
Both are sweet, but I’m a sucker for Egyptian!
