Block Party

The last indoor Junction Flea was great fun, but because it’s Austerity April it was also very painful. My fellow vendors had so many wonderful things that I wanted to buy but just couldn’t afford. In particular, I fell in love with the silk screened building blocks by illustrator Jen Bulthuis of Fidoodle. Extra happily for me, she was selling off-blocks for only $3! I bought this little cityscape. It may have started out as a kid’s toy, but I’m going to hang it on my wall as an art.
