All New Review: Tresemmé Fresh Start Volumizing Dry Shampoo

Tresemmé Fresh Start

Dry shampoo has become a thing. Which is good because not only is it easier to find, there are a whole bunch of new formulations. A couple of weekends ago, when I was hanging out with my nieces, I refreshed my then long and lank locks with their can of Tresemmé Fresh Start Volumizing Dry Shampoo. I liked it because it gave my hair a boost of volume, so after I got my haircut, I decided to seek out a spritz of my own.

Here’s my verdict: Dry Start is advertised as containing Mineral Clay and Citrus to remove oil and odour without weighing hair down. I actually like it better than my old standby, Batiste, because it made my hair feel cleaner instead of more powdery and it pumped up the volume. It also cost, like, $4, so bargain! My only complaint would be that the citrus smell is a little too fruity for my liking. So I’m switching over to team Tresemmé for now (although I still want to investigate the dry shampoo offerings from Dove and the like).
