Midweek Modness: Bond Boyd Sterling Heiroglyph Earrings

I’m a sucker for all things Egyptian and pseudo Egyptian, like these ’70s-era sterling silver earrings. They bear the mark of a Canadian company called Bond Boyd, which was established in 1944.

I come across a lot of Bond Boyd pieces. I also have a Bond Boyd pitcher plant demi parure that my grandmother Riche gave my mother. I think they mostly sold through the old timey department stores like Bowrings, Eatons and Simpsons. The company is still in business, although they only do corporate stuff now.
