Games Night
I am trying to break out of my cycle of winter hibernation without spending money. Fortunately I have friends who do fun things like hold good old-fashioned games nights. Last Friday, I went over to my friend Dave’s place to play some guessing games and a card game called “Pig.” While I didn’t win at games, I got lucky on a trip to the Value Village beforehand. I found this cool bone Mah Jong tile bracelet to wear to the party (my friend Kelly wore her Scrabble tile necklace — it’s good when you can coordinate).
I also got a decent bag of broken jewellery (more about that tomorrow and Friday) and this awesome Celine intarsia sweater.
i have a mahjong bracelet too- and i love mahjong. you should buy a set and learn how to play- it’s great. and then you could TOTALLY co-ordinate! [and really it’s all about luck so even i occassionally win at mahjong.]
