Hammered Sterling Silver Bangle Bracelets
Two more fab things from my good friend Becky. Her grandmother was, by all accounts, a great treasure hunter herself and Becky has inherited all kinds of thrift shop and yard sale finds. These two bangles were made at opposite ends of the 20th century but they share a similar, textured finish. Judging by the construction and markings of the oval-shaped bracelet, it hails from the tail end of the Arts and Crafts era. The wavy bangle feels more like a 1960s or ’70s piece. It is signed WJ, but I haven’t found a similar mark in my research.
