Tricolour Gold Ring
Here’s a more dainty example of modernist design: A white, yellow and rose gold ring with an abstract design. The sharpness of the centre shape made me think that it might be the logo of a happening 1970s business.
Because I’ve been downsizing my wardrobe (along with everything else) in preparation for my upcoming repainting the house project, I’ve been trying to think of new ways to mix and match the pieces I’m keeping. It seems like I have two styles of dressing. One is the layering of minimalist pieces in a maximalist way. And big bold jewellery seems to suit that look the best. The other half of my closet is a little more lacy and flowery and that works well with smaller bijoux. So it’s good to have everything just in case.
