Freebie Friday: Roberto Benitez Folk Art Painting

I found this lovely folk art painting whilst walking home along College Street last night. It is signed Roberto Benitez on the front and Oaxaca Mexico on the back. It’s a little scuffed up from its stray on the sidewalk, I will have to investigate a way to fix it up.

I’m guessing that this rural village scene was painted in the 1980s or ’90s. It may even by later. More investigating is in order.
