Midweek Modness: Rosti Pitcher
I rarely pass up on melamine kitchenware by Rosti. I love the saturated colours and the friendly shapes of this iconic collection. My cupboards are overflowing with mixing bowls and utensils, which makes me feel little greedy, but I felt no remorse when I picked up this juice pitcher on the weekend.
This particular vessel was designed by Koen De Winter, a Belgian born designer who later moved to Montreal to teach at UQAM.
You can see more of De Winter’s work at the Canadian Design Resource a fantastic rabbit hole of great mid century (and other) objects.
