The Glamorous Life
Looking glam is hard work. I spent most of last night de-pilling this Puli Dog-looking cardigan. A good percentage of the wooly loops were matted. The rest had errant and unsightly fuzz. Snipping away at each little bit of fuzz without cutting away the integrity of the matBut because this is one of my most favourite garments, the work was necessary.
I’m not religious, but I sort of agree with the saying ”the devil will find work for idle hands to do.” Spending this much time on garment care at least keeps me from spending money online shopping at night.
The excitement of having my loopy cardi back in circulation must have incepted my subconscious because I woke up this morning inspired to dress like Punk pioneer Captain Sensible of The Damned.
