Midweek Modness: Bird on a Scarf

image.jpegHere’s a story about kismet. I saw this pretty bird but unsigned  brooch on one of my perambulations. For some reason I couldn’t bring it home with me. And then my friends Elizabeth and Craig gave me a birthday loot bag and guess who was inside?

i also got myself a birthday present when I was in New York yesterday. I went to the gift shop at the Museum of Modern Art and they had these Yayoi Kusama scarves on sale.
