Collections Week: Rocks
I like rocks. I like ’em a lot. My favourite souvenir to bring home from an adventure is some sort of geological specimen. Pictured above are some stones that represent my 2016 travels, including two types of lava (I have some smaller examples of red lava someplace), fossilized coral from my recent visit to Miami, a big rock from our friends Craig and Elizabeth’s island in Prince Edward County and a geode from my favourite destination — Value Village.
