Fancy Jewels

6A6F1D94-77FC-453A-B8D4-D27CD6ACC559A lot of the time, when I’m travelling around for Watch business, I get to examine a lot of haute joaillerie as well. Here’s a recap of some of my favourite fancy bijoux I’ve seen so far this year, starting with this necklace Gigi Hadid For Messika. This house of Messika’s claim to fame is its playful, kinetic settings that showcase the sparkle of diamonds. It’s also worth noting that every other PR person seemed to be wearing the Gigi collection’s signature earrings.

At Baselworld, Bulgari brought out some beautiful archival pieces, like this coin set cuff and collar. I am now on the lookout for all numanistic jewelry.

While Sanjay is the public face of the brand, it is actually being steered by his nephews Samir and Sid, the 9th generation of Kasliwal from the legendary Jaipur Gem Palace. I love how the designs celebrate the uniqueness of each stone.
